🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days after processing

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days after processing (delivery times may vary by destination)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Please be aware:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • LunariaGear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


📍 Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


📦 Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • LunariaGear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.


❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

LunariaGear is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
